Photos 1 and 5 you know. Photos 2 and 3 were achieved by taking a contour from photo 5 and superimposing it on photo 1 using difference contour settings. Photo 4 was achieved by layering photos 1 and 5. I am no expert in biometrics and the above was a very quick job but key points fit and I bet a jury would be convinced!
